Exterior of the villa

Independent villa facing the sea (only 20 meters, just steps from the large terrace). Internally consists of a large living room with sofas, TV and dining area; a sloping sloping wall that overlooks the terrace of about 60 square meters and offers beautiful sea views in the bay of Giardinelli.

The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave.

The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms (one with separate beds) and a double bedroom, four bathrooms with shower (two of which are inside two double bedrooms).

Outside is a large terrace surrounding the three sides of the villa, equipped with brick barbecue, table, chairs and loungers.
